The MX123 A/V Processor marries a long tradition of uncompromising McIntosh sound quality with the latest home theater technologies to bring you an unsurpassed luxury home entertainment experience. thru the denon to control the sound properly. I do envision running all of the equipment projector, TV, blu-ray, xbox etc. just have the four speakers in the sitting room active for the TV.Ħ. Finally can I use the x4400H to run the two areas separately i.e. Is there a better way of doing this? Again I am after just decent sound no expectations of dolby or atmos etc.ĥ. I assume I would run everything in just all channel stereo? or some forums say run all speakers in mono? Is that possible on the x4400H?Ĥ. for placement would it matter which speaker outputs I use for each speaker? SB, left middle right etc.?ģ. So my thought was buy another x4400H (is that overkill?) and simply wire the 9 speakers and two subwoofers to that. I would put one subwoofer by the TV area and another by the sim. I was thinking of splitting the speakers by having four over the TV/sitting area and 5 by the sim 3 by screen, one a little further back and one in the kitchen area. Again I am not after any super sound - just decent sound for the TV and the sim and for playing music. I want to get sound in the area - I was thinking ceiling speakers and two in wall subwoofers for a bit of bass. So my question now you have the background. Firstly the sim area (GC QUAD launch monitor with 8x12 screen) and a "sitting area" - couches additional 4K TV. But the main area (the 650 sq ft) will have two "areas". It's one large area about 650 square feet, it does have a separate gym which is "roomed off", a bathroom and what will be a small kitchen area. We are finishing our basement which effectively will be a golf simulator man cave. So I know a little but not a lot as background. Run by Denon x4400H, Def Tech speakers all is good. I do have a nice Atmos setup in family room which was setup after lurking on these forums.
